Short version: Signal Bullseye does not collect, sell, or share your personal data with third parties. Your SSH credentials, signal measurements, and camera feed stay on your device (and optionally in your own iCloud account).
1. Who We Are
Signal Bullseye is developed and published by Kiza, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@kizawireless.com.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not run analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking in Signal Bullseye. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or account information
- Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Camera images or video
- Signal measurements or RSSI data
- Terminal output or SSH command history
- Crash reports or diagnostic data (beyond what Apple collects with your consent in iOS Settings)
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to Kiza, Inc.:
- SSH host configurations — hostnames, ports, usernames, and aliases you create
- SSH credentials — passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain; they are not accessible to us
- SSH private keys — stored in the iOS Keychain or, when you choose, in the Secure Enclave (hardware-protected, never exportable as plaintext)
- Command snippets — reusable terminal scripts you create
- Signal measurements — RSSI readings and spatial mapping data from your alignment sessions
4. iCloud Sync (Optional)
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Signal Bullseye uses Apple’s CloudKit framework to sync your SSH host configurations, keys, and snippets across your own Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on Kiza, Inc. servers. We have no access to your iCloud data.
You can disable iCloud sync for Signal Bullseye at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.
5. Camera Use
Signal Bullseye requires camera access to perform optical flow tracking. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device in real time using Apple’s Vision framework. No images or video are stored, uploaded, or shared.
6. SSH Connections
When you open an SSH session, Signal Bullseye establishes a direct, encrypted connection between your device and the remote host you configure. Traffic passes between your device and that host — it does not route through Kiza, Inc. infrastructure. We never see your terminal sessions, credentials used to authenticate, or any data transmitted over those sessions.
7. Background Location (Optional)
The app includes an optional background location capability that, when enabled, allows SSH connections to remain alive while the app is in the background. If you grant location permission for this purpose:
- Location data is used only to maintain the background session entitlement required by iOS
- Location coordinates are never recorded, stored, or transmitted to us
- You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Signal Bullseye → Location
8. Children’s Privacy
Signal Bullseye is a professional tool intended for network technicians and engineers. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Third-Party Services
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s own privacy practices apply to the distribution and installation process. Please review Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information.
We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-broker services.
10. Data Security
Because all sensitive data remains on your device or in your own iCloud account, the security of your information is governed by your device’s passcode and biometrics, Apple’s Keychain and Secure Enclave protections, and your iCloud account security settings. We strongly encourage using a strong device passcode and enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID.
11. Changes to This Policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide a notice within the app. Continued use of Signal Bullseye after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
