By downloading or using Signal Bullseye, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use apps distributed through the App Store.
1. License
Signal Bullseye (“the App”) is licensed, not sold, to you by Kiza, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the App is governed by these Terms and by Apple’s Standard EULA, which is incorporated here by reference.

Key provisions include: the license is non-transferable and limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control; you may not distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App; and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Signal Bullseye for lawful purposes only, including for your own personal or professional antenna alignment work. You agree not to:
- Use the App to access systems, networks, or devices you are not authorized to access
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the App or its components
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. SSH & Network Access
Signal Bullseye includes an SSH terminal emulator that allows you to connect to remote network equipment. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization to access any device or system you connect to using the App. Unauthorized access to computer systems may be a criminal offense. Kiza, Inc. assumes no liability for how you use the SSH terminal functionality.
4. Professional Judgment Required
Signal Bullseye is a tool to assist antenna alignment — it is not a substitute for professional training, proper site survey practice, or qualified engineering judgment. Signal strength readings displayed by the App depend on your radio hardware, firmware, and the accuracy of any CLI parsing scripts you configure. Kiza, Inc. makes no warranty that the App’s output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its underlying camera-based alignment technology are the proprietary property of Kiza, Inc. The alignment methodology is subject to patent pending protection. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Kiza, Inc.’s intellectual property beyond the limited license described herein.
The App is built on open-source components including SwiftTermApp, SwiftTerm, and libssh2. Those components remain subject to their respective open-source licenses, which can be viewed in the App under Settings → Credits.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KIZA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kiza, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or continued availability of the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
